Videography

If you choose to use a supplier who is not accredited with Botanica Weddings, ie one not already listed on POPPY, the supplier will be required to submit to Botanica Weddings:
· The completed Botanica Weddings agreement (this can be downloaded below)

They will also be required to undergo an induction to ensure they understand the correct procedures and protocols of Botanica weddings
Products and services provided by non-accredited suppliers are not guaranteed by Botanica Weddings.

Your chosen external supplier must return the completed form before an order for their services can be raised.
If your external supplier is working later to cover your reception, they will be provided with a staff meal. This will be charged to you at $10 per person.

If selected, the chosen videographer must have their own working KITAS as a requirement. This is a government requirement and the responsibility of the photographer to arrange. If they do not arrange this, they will not be able to shoot your wedding.
