If there’s anything, in particular, you need to let us know about, eg the middle tier needs to be gluten-free or you’d like the colour of the ribbon or the icing white not pink, simply send a message to the planning team in the 'Notes' section on selection submission.
Small changes such as these are at no extra charge. If it’s a major change, we will let you know if there is a cost associated and ask you if you’d like us to go ahead and charge the difference.
Included in your Botanica Weddings package is your choice of cakes from our delicious catalogue.
A 1-tier cake is sufficient for up to 40 guests and is 28 cm, if you would like to purchase an additional tier then the size of the additional tier is 18cm and a 3rd tier is 34cm.
Will it cost me any more to have a different flavour for each tier?
No, it’s all included. This is a great way to appeal to all tastes and give your guests some choice when your beautifully plated up cake is being passed around.
What about allergies?
No problems. We can cater for gluten-free, egg-free, vegan and dairy-free.
Please note however that there may be a small surcharge, but we will inform you of the cost in advance.
If there are a few of your guests with such allergies you may choose to have a whole cake tier to suit, or if it is just 1 or 2 guests, we suggest making separate cupcakes that cater to your guests’ intolerances. For any special requests such as this, simply let the planning team know in the 'Notes' section on selection submission.
Please note: As is common with nut allergies, we can take maximum care to ensure that the ingredients used do not contain nuts, however, we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces.
What if my dream wedding cake is not in your catalogue?
If there’s something, in particular, you have your heart set on, our master cake maker will most likely be able to make it for you. Upload/Email your image and we will request a quote from our cake maker. As usual, you will only need to pay the difference.
